1. What Consumer Compass is

Consumer Compass is a self-service tool that helps consumers and their family members understand consumer-protection rights, identify the right agency to contact, and draft complaint correspondence. We are not a law firm. We do not represent you. Nothing on this site or generated by this site is legal advice.

2. Account & payment

Some features require an account and a paid plan. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page and may change. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Case Pass purchases are one-time. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us first.

3. Fair use

Subscriptions are for personal and family use. We may pause accounts engaged in abusive, automated, or commercial bulk activity.

4. Accuracy of information

We make a good-faith effort to keep agency contact info, deadlines, and rights summaries accurate. Laws change. Always verify time-sensitive information with the relevant agency or a licensed attorney before acting on it.

5. Disclaimer of legal advice

Consumer Compass provides general information and tools to help you understand your consumer rights and draft complaint correspondence. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. For complex legal matters, please consult a licensed attorney.
